Returns & Exchanges


Our Boutique does not offer refunds, we only do exchanges. We do offer exchanges or a store credit for that exchange.  There is no expiry dates to store credit. 

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of all returned items.   All returned items must be in its original packaging with none of the original packaging/labels removed. The returned item must not have been tried on extensively as to disrupt the factory preset, worn, brushed, combed, washed, and it must be completely scent-free, no tobacco smoke or perfume. All packaging has to be sent back as it was received. 

Any item that is exchange must be started within 5 days of receipt of your order.  Once your goods have been delivered and you absolutely know the color is not a match, you have 5 days to initiate your exchange.

Please Contact Us  immediately with your name, email and description of the item you wish to exchange.  We will send you an RMA number to proceed with the exchange.  Once you receive the authorization number and return instructions from us, you must return the goods within a day or two during which time we will assist you in your alternate color selection or store credit.


Regardless of the item exchanged, you are responsible for the re-shipment charges to send your new selection to you.  Thank you for understanding our exchange policy regarding our wigs and hairpieces.  If you are unsatisfied with a style, we will absolutely work with you to ensure you are satisfied with a new style to suit your needs.  Re-stocking charges will apply.


 All clearance, special orders, promotion sales, sales are final sale.
